The IW Creative Network is delivered by Creative Island – the cultural development agency for the Isle of Wight – where we are dedicated to empowering local talent and shaping our island into a vibrant hub of creativity and innovation.
The IW Creative Network supports Artists and Creatives on the Isle of Wight through business support, networking, resources and profiling. A bespoke talent Development Programme is available for those joining the network, aiming to nurture and inspire, allowing creatives to thrive and become more sustainable.

Our development programme also includes creative training and opportunities, specifically designed to support cultural and creative organisations on the Isle of Wight. IW Creative Network is proud to work in partnership with key regional and national networks that support artists and creative practitioners across disciplines, such as Visual Arts South West the Independent Theatre Council and Brave Island. These affiliations help us extend access to opportunities, professional advice, training, and advocacy for our members – ensuring that creatives on the Isle of Wight are connected, represented, and supported.
Our Creative Directory profiles Creatives and Artists that have joined the Network, as well as profiles Cultural and Creative Organisations providing exhibition spaces, artist studios, cultural venues and creative facilities on the Isle of Wight – linking people to place.
The IW Creative Network website is your one-stop, creative shop featuring curated news and opportunities, a resource area with links and signposts to resources from across the region, as well as password-protected recorded online Creative Training Sessions – so members can access them at anytime.
